Return Policy

Please read the followings carefully to understand our return and restocking fee policy applicable to all Photographic equipment sold by WEYLLAN. 

Returns
(Please note: Keep the original shipping box in a good shape in case you'd like to issue a return afterwards)
(1)FOR NON-QUALITY ISSUES
After your Photographic equipment is delivered, you can start a return process within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 15 days.  full refund; Buyers pay the return shipping fee. Before starting a return process, the customer needs to contact support@weyllan.net to get approval for the return. We will not accept returns without permission from WEYLLAN.

(2)FOR QUALITY ISSUES
Within 15 days of receipt: full refund and no charge of return shipping fee and processing fee; Or buyers can change for other Photographic equipment without extra payment of return shipping.

Note: Please remember that our WEYLLAN team will investigate into the quality issues carefully. If there is no quality issue and any damage to the Photographic equipment is found intentional and man-made, we will still charge the return shipping fee.

Exchange:
Please contact us at support@weyllan.net before starting an exchange process.
Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping cost.
 
NOTICE: If your return or exchange request is approved by WEYLLAN, you may receive a new product or a refund.

Please send us a notification with the tracking number after returning any items. Once we receive your return, we will either replace the item with a new product or refund your money. This will be processed in 2 business days. If the returned items do not match the given requirements above, we will not accept the return. We will send it back to you immediately with notifications. Please be aware, restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

Cancellation of order
We will process your undelivered orders quickly.

Orders which have already been shipped (you have received a tracking number) cannot be changed or cancelled. Please see our Return Policy for return terms and instructions to send an order back for a refund, if desired. 

Early cancelation handling fee.  If you ask us to cancel an order before the items ship out (after we have captured funds from your credit/debit card, or after we've captured funds from your PayPal account), 5% will be withheld from your refund to cover the cost of merchant card processing, which we do not recover when issuing a refund for a cancelled order.
